【講解】

此語用於否定句或疑問句中，表示“到這一時刻爲止”，例如：As yet, there’s been no news.(到目前爲止還沒有消息。）此語的反義語爲not yet(尚未,還沒有），多用於對疑問句的回答，例如：A: Would you.care for something to eat? B： Not just yet, thank you. (A:你要不要吃些東西？ B:謝謝你,這會兒還不餓。）在英語中也常用up to 一語來表示到什麼時候爲止,例如:up to now (到現在爲止）。
