Employees can make a business succeed or fail, so the people who choose themhave a vital role to play.

Employees are a company's new ideas, its public face and its main asset. 這篇文章的標題有些misleading,“The best people for the job”,還以爲是招人的標準。其實這篇文章是關於Human resource的,所以還是要適當關注文章前的說明:the article below about the changing role of human resources departments.

第八題,空格後面的“That's no longer the case”是很重要的提示。由於空格前面一直在強調commercial和business,所以在空缺的地方應該是和另一個方面相關的內容。選項C的administrative role正好滿足這個要求。前後文意思搭配在一起完全吻合。

第九題,後面的for example的很關鍵,是對前面的補充說明。“For example,a chief executive will expect the HR department to advise on everything from the headcount to whether to proceed with an acquisition.”總裁希望人力資源經理對一切事情提出建議,從人數統計到是否進行收購。這種要求就需要人力資源經理具備很多才能。所以F的句子填在這裏最合適。

BEC閱讀注意的問題有哪些

首先當然是卡時間. 正確率當然重要, 但我個人認爲還是要以時間爲前提, 在保證時間充足的前提下再一步步提高正確率. 我從做第一份試卷的時候我就卡時間, 當時好像超過了5分鐘(填答題卡不在內),不過訓練到最後的時候不管題目難易我一般都有15分鐘剩餘(5月19號那天考閱讀感覺正常, 所以也有將近15分鐘的剩餘, 填完答題卡我還有近10鐘的時間檢查,), 多的時候有20 分鐘. 另外每當做完一套閱讀題時, 檢查覈對完, 弄懂裏面的所以生單詞(其實做閱讀是最好增加單詞量的方法), 我也會在當天讀上幾遍(之所以在當天時因爲這樣可以更好的加深映象)。

說到這呢, 我覺得語言這東西還就得多開口(我自己是學語言的, 英語專業), 考試試題, 教程, 單詞句子, 聽力材料, 寫作範文, 包過自己寫的作文, 多讀讀, 也不一定要背下來(當然單詞除外), 它比你整天死盯者它管用的多的多, 而且還能夠提高你的口語. 口語, 聽力, 學作和閱讀其實是不分家的, 相互牽連, 多注意到它們的相互聯繫, 這樣學習起來會輕鬆的多。
