霜降·壹
As the last solar term in autumn, temperature in many places reach 0 degree Celsius. The vapor in the air freezes on the ground in the form of tiny ice needles or hexagonal flower shapes.The leaves fall and worms stop eating and prepare for hibernation.
霜降也是秋天最後一個節氣，很多地方的氣溫都降到了0度。空氣中的水汽會在地面凍結成霜，呈現出小冰針和六角花形。數也開始飄落，昆蟲停止進食，開始做冬眠的準備。

霜降·貳
In many areas in China, people eat persimmon at this time. As an old saying goes, “Eat persimmon. No running noses.”
在中國很多地區，人們通常會在霜降這一天吃柿子。有一句俗語是“霜降吃柿子，不會流鼻涕”。

霜降·叄
This period is the peak time for chronic gastritis and gastroduodenal canker. Aged people can sometimes get arthritis. Eating pear, apple, ginkgo, onions and leaf mustard can relief these symptoms.
這段時間是慢性胃炎和十二指腸潰瘍的高發期。上年紀的人去還會出現關節炎的症狀，吃一些梨、蘋果、銀杏果、洋蔥和芥菜可以緩解這些症狀。
