課外活動 Out of class Activities

My schoolencourages students to take part in out-of-class activities. After a busy day,it can help us to relax and build a healthy body. We usually take part inout-of-class activities on the playground. Some students play basketball,football and badminton. Some play Ping-Pong or swim. Besides, some studentsread books in the library. They think reading is also a good way to relax. As forme, I like running and reading.

我的學校鼓勵學生參加課外活動。忙碌了一天，它能夠幫助我們放鬆和鍛鍊身體。我經常在操場上進行課外活動。有些同學喜歡籃球，足球和羽毛球。有些同學喜歡乒乓球或游泳。除此之外，有的同學喜歡到圖書館看書，他們認為閲讀也是放鬆的好方式。對於我來説，我喜歡跑步和閲讀。
