Issues on Weight Reducing
Nowadays the people are enjoying a more comfortable life and many people are suffering from obesity. Thus， losing weight becomes very popular.
However, weight reducing is a tricky topic. Some people lose weight quickly by crash dieting or other extreme measures. This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all (and often more) of the pounds they lost because they haven’t permanently changed their habits. What’s worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individual’s health.
In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.

The cartoon vividly reveals the phenomenon of air pollution or the decline of air quality. What exactly contribute to this phenomenon? Possible reasons can be listed as follows firstly vehicle exhaust gases could be one of the most leading causes. With the improvement of economy and people's living standard, urban inhabitants in mounting numbers own their private cars. More automobiles will inevitably generate more exhaust gases. Additionally, household appliances widely used in cities also release a great mount of carb on dioxide gases, which further intensifies air pollution. Last but not least, many factories around the cities emit large quantities of untreated poisonous gases, which should also be responsible for the decline of air quality.
Definitely air pollution will exert a detrimental impact on many aspects of people's life. For example, many diseases such as cough, skin problem and lang cancer are caused by it. Perhaps it is high time that we should adopt some measures to solve the problem of air pollution. (163 words)

We learn from the bar chart that people in mounting numbers would like to choose electronic books while less people like paper books. What might account for this phenomenon?
