耐心是一種金子般的品質,它和自信同樣非常重要的影響着一個人的成就。因爲只有耐心的人,才能堅持,持續的做一件事情。正如英國著名的英國政治家和政論作家喬治·薩維爾曾說:A man who is a master of patience is master of everything else.(控制好耐心的人,便可駕馭一切。)要如何才能擁有耐心呢?今天我們就來分享一些小貼士。

rstand And Counteract Your Triggers
理解並消除(不耐心)的起因
Impatience is something which is triggered. This trigger is different for everybody but it has the same purpose. To become more patient try to "understand" what your trigger is.
Once you understand what your trigger is you can work on counteracting it by doing calming exercises or techniques whenever you feel the trigger building up
不耐煩是有誘因。而誘因對每個人來說都不同,但目的相同(都是讓你變得不耐煩)。要變得更耐心,試着“理解”你的“誘因”是什麼。
一旦你明白了誘因,每當你感到就要不耐煩時,就可以通過做靜思或是其他手段消除它。

2. Build Self-Confidence
建立自信
Impatience usually appears when one feels down, when you don't feel in control or perhaps feel that your hands are tied. A person with a high level of confidence will accept the situation as it is; they will not fight it or rail against it. Rather, they will work with it.
一個人感到沮喪,失控或是受到束縛的時候就會不耐煩。而一個有高度自信的人會接受現狀,不會和這種現狀抗爭。相反,他們會想辦法解決這種困境。

3. Put On Your "Positive" Glasses
戴上你的“正能量”眼鏡
Patience is all about perspective and how you look at situations.
耐心其實就是你要通過怎樣的角度去看待事物。
For example if you miss your bus don`t focus on the negatives but emphasize the positive things such as you`ll get exercise from walking or that you can enjoy the fresh air. So try to put a positive spin on everything you do; you will find that you will not just reduce tension but you`ll become a much happier person.
比如,如果你錯過了公共汽車,不要把注意力放在負面影響上上,而要強調積極的方面,比如步行時鍛鍊身體,可以享受新鮮空氣。所以,試着對你所做的每件事都抱着積極的態度,你會發現你就不會那麼緊張,而且你會成爲一個更快樂的人。

4. Change Your Attitude
改變你的態度
Most people struggling with patience can never answer this question.
"Why are you in such a hurry?" Try to keep an open perspective and don't give yourself useless stress.
大多數有耐心的人都無法回答這個問題。“你爲什麼這麼匆忙?” 試着保持開放的心態,不要給自己帶來無用的壓力。
