語法講解
we are the way we are和we just pick the people we need中包含了兩個定語從句。
we are the way we are。這裏we are是定語從句修飾前面的先行詞the way.通常情況下，the way做先行詞，連接詞可以用that/in which/省略不填。
we just pick the people we need.這句中，we need是定語從句修飾先行詞people.先行詞在從句中做賓語，所以可以用關係代詞who/that/省略不填。
