雅思口語：著名的明星
Describe a famous comic actor in your country. You should say:
who the person is;
which film or program he or she acted in;
what role he or she acted;
and explain why you like him or her.
這道題目是個非常經典的半新題，與之前的明星話題重合，同時涉及到部分影視方面的東西。但這兩類都屬於常規題目。
首先，我們來看看，提到名人。都會有什麼樣雖然老套，但依然可以拿出來講的東西呢?那就是名人很有名，具體的表現形式是怎樣的呢?
一旦成名了，明星就變成各大媒體追逐的對象了 become the focus of the media, 然後動不動就會上個頭條什麼的(often) make the headlines。另外對於出名這件事兒，有些人是靠臉，有些可是靠演技的實力派。因此his vivid/faultless/superb performance 就可以派上用場，或者his diligence helped him earn his fame,還有modest attitude & spirit of persistence等等。
對於喜劇演員，起碼要做到make audience can't help laughing/make somebody laugh to tears/ roar with laughter。諸如黃渤，王寶強，本山大叔之類。但大家有沒有發現，這類明星都是非常接地氣，沒有什麼明星架子的。這類親民明星，都具備一個特質就是folksy and unpretentious.
在具體陳述的過程中，大家一定要記得一點：不管什麼樣的描述，一定要有詳細的例證去證明自己的言論。諸如：某某明星特別努力。那麼接下來的例子一定是可以證明他是個努力的人。For example, he gets up before 5 in the morning and practices his lines over and over again even when he's already very famous.
接下來講到名人，還可以用的一個套路就是名人都會參與到慈善事業中來。這樣可以在社會道德高度拔高一下名人的影響。例如：
He's been devoting his time and money to charity work for years/almost a decade/decades. Because of his contribution, kids in that small village finally had the chances to get access to primary school education. So everybody respects him from the bottom of heart.

Brad Pitt is one of my very favourite actors and I am a huge fan of his movies. He is a famous Hollywood actor and has got several prizes for his superb work in movies.

Honestly, he is a good actor who is known worldwide. He is the husband of another famous female actress Angelina Jolie. His full name is William Bradley "Brad" Pitt and he is around 50 years old now. For his excellent performance in acting he has received a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and three Academy Award nominations in acting categories. He has done some film production works as well. He is a fine actor with a natural gift of depicting the characters. Often his performance in movies gets very high applauses and because of that, he was nominated for Oscars more than once.

He usually acts in drama and action movies but his acting varies from the character of a vampire to a war hero and legendary characters as well. I have enjoyed most of the movies acted by him and his performance in movies like Seven, Interview with the vampire, The legend of the falls, 7 years in Tibet, Meet Joe Black was simply excellent. I find him to be a very high-class actor and a superb person with his tremendous activity in social welfare works. All these reasons make him to my favourite actor.

Well, I'd like to talk about is Sun Yang, which is a household name in China. I guess you may have heard this before. He is known as outstanding achievements as a Chinese Olympic and world-record-holding swimmer. He has won three gold medals and was also the first person to win that in the Olympic Game. His freestyle swimming stroke is regarded as the longest-held world record and he is especially specialized in the 1500 metre. Every time when he participated in some sports games, my family would all sit in front of the TV screen and concentrate our attention on the process of the competition. Every movement of his position caught our eyes and we would scream and clap hands when he mon.
I appreciate not only his talent, but also his charming personalities. He looks so handsome with cute cheeks, big and round eyes, appealing heights.
