We need your photo ID, Social Security number, if you have one, and proof of income. 我們需要你提供帶照片的身份證件，如果你有社會安全號碼的話請一併提供，同時我們需要你提供你的收入證明。
Tip:只有可以在美國合法工作的外國人才能申請social security number，社會安全號碼

It’s a one-year lease 租約的時長爲一年。

The rent is 800 dollars a month, and the deposit is 1000 dollars. 房租每月800美金，押金是1000美金。
If you don’t have a social security number，you have to pay a deposit of three times your monthly rent； or you can have a guarantor co-sign for you if you don’t want to pay a deposit. 如果你沒有社會安全號碼的話，那你必須要支付爲租金金額的三倍的押金數額；或者如果你不想支付押金的話，你也可以找個擔保人讓他和你共同簽約。

Tip：美國不接受現金支付房租的
We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders in our office. We also accept credit card, and debit card payments online on our websites. But we are unable to accept cash. 我們的前臺辦公室接受個人簽發的支票，銀行支票，以及匯票付款。我們的網站接受信用卡或者儲蓄卡付款，但是我們不接受現金付款。
Tip：一般來說，一張匯票money order的最大金額是1000美金；所以如果房租、押金金額比較高的話，你可能需要買好幾張匯票。
