B:Yes,this is Brown.

A:This is Henry.I wonder if we could cancel the appointment tomorrow?

B:What happened?

A:I am afraid that I have to leave for Hong Kong because of something urgent there.
香港那邊有點急事，我恐怕得去一趟。
B:How long will you stay there?
你要在那兒待幾天？
A:I will be there for five days.
我要在那兒待五天。
B:I we just postpone the meeting for a few days?
我知道了，那我們把會議延後幾天好嗎？
A:Let me you mind meeting me next Friday?
我看看。您介意下星期五和我見面嗎？
B:All right.I will see you in your office at 10 o'clock next Friday.
可以。那下星期五10點在你辦公室見。
A:I am really sorry about that.

B:Don't worry.I'll see you then.
