託福口語考試是很多托福考生成績拉開差距的版塊，有的考生在考場上鎮定自若，自信平穩發揮，有的考生則十分緊張，磕磕巴巴說完全程……最終成績肯定也顯而易見。那麼，託福口語應該怎麼練呢?

一. 練口語也需要積累詞彙
很多同學備考託福口語容易陷入誤區，認爲託福口語備考不需要詞彙積累。其實對於託福口語來說，詞彙積累很重要，除了積累詞彙外，還要準確瞭解這些詞彙的用法，能夠在口語表達中準確地應用這些詞彙。詞彙積累是口語練習的基礎，沒有足夠的詞彙積累，在口語表達中可能會因爲想不到合適的詞而導致答題不流暢。
二. 練口語之跟讀模仿法
託福口語考試分爲兩個部分，獨立口語和綜合口語。綜合口語需要大家總結歸納聽力材料，所以大家要在平時練習中讓自己具備這樣的能力。口語提升很高效的方法之一就是跟讀，找一些聽力材料，然後做跟讀練習。跟讀練習時不僅要跟讀內容，還要模仿發音，糾正自己一些發音錯誤。剛開始練跟讀的時候，練習整句跟讀，聽完一句話以後，按照說話人的語調將原話跟讀出來。練到一定程度後，就要試着整篇轉述，先聽聽力材料，聽的時候可以記筆記，整段音頻放完以後，根據自己的筆記內容將聽力材料大意複述出來。複述練習是爲綜合口語在做準備，大家在複述的時候複述出來文章大意即可，不必與原文完全相同，但儘量不要遺漏要點。
三. 找同伴，模擬場景練習
託福口語練習可以找同學或者同伴做場景模擬練習，單純地去做跟讀和複述練習可能會讓人覺得枯燥，如果能做一些模擬對話場景練習，可以增加口語備考的趣味性。而且，兩個人一起練習還能互相指正口語表達中的一些錯誤，可以互相督促進步。
四. 迴歸實戰，把控時間
所有的這些練習都要最終迴歸到考題練習上來，考試前一定要根據考試時間做模考練習，看看自己對考試時間把控如何，能否在規定時間內將要表達的內容說完，綜合口語是否會遺漏要點。考試前也要準備獨立口語的答題素材和綜合口語的答題模板，幫助自己的考場上更高效地利用思考時間。
五. 考前心態調整
考試中太過緊張肯定是不行的，有的同學考試中因爲太過緊張導致發揮失常。所以考前一定要調整好心態。考試前一天可以做一套模考，做到心中有數後就不要再看備考資料了。出去散散步，聽聽音樂，保持身心放鬆。晚上十點前進入睡眠狀態，保證充足的休息時間。口語考試前如果太過緊張，可以利用考試中休息時間儘快調整狀態。

I agree that it's acceptable for students to disagree with their instructors for the following reasons. Firstly, disagreeing with our instructors means that we are thinking independently and may even push us to study harder. Take myself as an example, when I was in college, I sometimes would disagree with what my instructor said in our philosophy class, so what did I do? Every time I finished my philosophy class, I'd spend hours in the university library trying to find proof to prove that I was right and he was wrong. In the end, it didn't even matter any more who was right or who was wrong. Contrary to the beginning, the whole environment started to be more suitable for oak trees.
