阿里巴巴集團買地爲員工蓋房! 六折搶購!

Alibaba, China's biggest e-commerce company, is building apartments to sell to its employees at a discount of about 40 percent, the reports on last Friday.

據澎湃新聞上週五報道，中國最大的電商公司阿里巴巴正在爲員工蓋“福利房”，對員工按市場價的六折出售。

These 380 apartments, ranging from 87 square meters to 118 square meters, are located in Hangzhou, where the company is headquartered. Construction is expected to be finished in 2018.

據悉，這批房子共有380套，面積從87平米到118平米不等，坐落於阿里巴巴的總部杭州市。預計房子建設工作將於2018年完成。

Eligible employees will draw lots for the chance to buy the houses. In order to be eligible, they must have worked at the company for at least three years and be in P8 (expert) or M3 (senior manager) positions or lower. Those without apartments in Hangzhou also receive preference.

符合條件的公司員工將獲得購買房子的抽籤機會。爲了擁有這一資格，他們必須要在公司工作至少三年，職位是P8（專家）和M3（高級經理）級別或較低職位。而那些在杭州沒有房子的員工也有優先機會。

These apartments will be sold for about 10,000 yuan per square meter, whereas other properties in the area are priced between 17,000 and 20,000 yuan per square meter.

這些房子將會以每平米1萬元出售給阿里巴巴的員工，要知道，這個地區的房子市場價格爲17000到20000元。

Alibaba is not the first Chinese company to contribute to staff housing. Evergrande Real East Group provides apartments for its employees to live in free of charge, and gives employees discounts after a certain number of years if they decide to purchase their company housing. Huawei also guarantees affordable housing for its staff near the Shenzhen factory and headquarters.

阿里巴巴並不是中國第一家爲員工提供住房福利的公司。恆大地產集團也爲其員工提供免費住房，如果員工在公司工作幾年後決定購買公司的房子，也將會享受優惠。華爲集團也爲其位於深圳的工廠部和總部員工提供了經濟適用房。
