Jealousy is a feeling that most of us would have experienced. Some people don’t actually recognise that the feeling is actually a jealousy, while some others could recognise it but are kind of addicted to it.

Let’s see how to overcome jealousy. Realise that jealousy is a form of in security. People who are jealous of their fellows have the inner feeling of insecurity. They feel that other people might actually do things better and might succeed in their career; thus they don’t feel secure about their future status. Therefore, it is highly important to realise that jealousy is nothing but another form of insecurity.
意識到嫉妒心是一種不安全感。那些嫉妒別人的人都有一種內在的不安全感。他們認爲別人可能把事情處理得更好、事業更成功,因而導致對自己的前途缺乏信心。由此可見,意識到嫉妒只不過是另外一種形式的不安全感非常重要。
See what can be done. If you find a nice quality or talent in someone that causes jealousy in you, then see what you can do about it. If you are jealous of someone’s figure, then look in the mirror and do what you can do to improve your own figure. If the thing is something you really can’t achieve or cannot do anything about, then just ignore it.
