卡塔爾航空推出全球首個雙人牀商務艙

Qatar Airways has unveiled the world's first double beds on business class flights.

近日，卡塔爾航空公司推出了世界首款商務艙雙人牀。

The Qsuite allows passengers to recline two middle seats into a fully flat bed and features partition panels to create a private bedroom with two entertainment screens inside.

Qsuite允許乘客將兩張中間座椅完全放平變爲一張可平躺的牀鋪，還可利用隔板打造出一間配有兩塊娛樂屏幕的私人臥室。

"You can take your honeymoon on Qatar Airways, but you'll have to keep silent," chief executive officer Akbar Al Baker joked after revealing the seat at the ITB Berlin travel show.

在柏林旅遊展覽會ITB上對外公佈該座椅之後，卡塔爾航空公司首席執行官阿克巴·阿爾·巴克爾開玩笑稱：“你可以在卡塔爾航空上度蜜月，但你必須要保持安靜。”

In addition, four passengers travelling together are also able to transform their seats to form a private area, so families, friends or colleagues can dine, socialize and work in a group.

此外，四名一起出行的乘客還可將座位轉換成一個私密空間，供家人、朋友或同事一起用餐，交際和工作。

Qsuite has been launched on flights from Heathrow and will be rolled out next to Paris and New York.

目前，從希思羅機場出發的航班上已推出Qsuite，接下來從巴黎和紐約出發的航班上也將推出這種功能。

Innovation in cabin design is vital for the world's leading airlines, said Mr Yan Derocles, an analyst at Oddo Securities in Paris.

巴黎奧多證券的分析師迪魯克斯稱，機艙設計的創新對世界領先的航空公司至關重要。

"Companies with poor seats lose passengers and those with good ones keep them," he said. "Qatar has always been an airline that's sought to present itself as ahead of the pack."

他表示：“座椅差的航空公司會失去乘客，而那些有良好座椅的航空公司則會留住乘客。一直以來，卡塔爾航空都試圖展現自己是領先他人的一家公司。”
