Alibaba plans to pay 350,000 yuan to 400,000 yuan annual salary to two employees aged above 60 to work for its e-commerce platform Taobao.
阿里巴巴計劃爲其旗下電商平臺淘寶招聘兩名60歲以上員工，年薪高達35萬至40萬元人民幣。

According to a job ad, the internet giant wants to hire investigators to help Taobao collects users' experiences on its new customized shopping platform that will enhance interactions among family members.
據一份招聘廣告顯示，該互聯網巨頭計劃招聘調研專員，幫助淘寶收集新版定製購物平臺的用戶體驗，該平臺旨在加強家庭成員間的聯繫。

Alibaba said an applicant should be a group influencer, such as a "key opinion leader" in a team of square dancers, or a member of neighborhood committee, should have more than 3-year online shopping experience, an interest in social entrepreneurship and local community causes, and reading books related to psychology and sociology would be a plus.
阿里巴巴方面表示，申請人應在團體中有一定影響力，比如廣場舞隊伍的“關鍵意見領袖”或社區居委會成員，有3年以上網購經歷，對公益創業和本土社區事業有濃厚興趣，閱讀心理學和社會學相關書籍則爲加分項。
