Jay Chou is a popular Taiwanese musician and singer in R&B and rap. Also known as the king of Chinese music , he can not only use Chinese but also Western styles to produce a fresh sound he has unique lyrics which touch on different issues as well .
Jay was born in Jan 18 1979 , and he is raised by his mother. When he was very young , he showed huge interests in music. He began learning piano at the age of 3,and while he was a third-grade student in primary school, he developed an interesting in cello. His mother always took him the concerts so that his taste of music developed very much.
At first Jay didn’t worked as a singer but a composer. In 2000, Jay was given his chance to produce an album of his own. Beyond everyone’s thought ,it became very popular in Taiwan and many other places soon. When his second album was come out, he was become one of the most popular pop singer not only in Taiwan but also in Asia.
