隨着社會的發展,全社會的競爭越來越激烈,給人們帶來了越來越多的壓力.學習,工作,生活上的壓力是最普遍的,但是我們怎樣才能應對它?以下是幾點建議,希望對大家有用.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure. It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy. Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

首先,保持健康.健康的體魄是面對壓力的前提.當一個人生病的時候,應對壓力的能力是最小的.其次,接受壓力.人們不能夠應對壓力是因爲他們抵抗和逃避壓力.實際上,一旦我們選擇了要走的路,總是會有麻煩和問題,因爲幾乎每一件值得做的是都不是那麼容易的.再次,解決問題,而不是抱怨它.的那個面對問題的時候,很多人抱怨環境而不思考解決方法.我們都知道抱怨什麼都解決不了,只會讓你失望.只要問題沒有解決,壓力就一直在那裏.最後,告訴別人你的壓力,向別人尋求幫助.很多壓力靠自己是解決不了的,理智的方法是向同事或者朋友傾訴,從他們那裏得到幫助.但是這樣做的前提是我們不是故意給別人壓力,而是尋求幫助和支持以解決問題.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best way.

To tell the truth,I really do face great difficulties at school!You know,my math always makes me feel many times,I hung my head for shame at my math marks,which was a huge problem hard for me to overcome since the beginning of junior high ver,I still had to face this fact,this heavy force.

But now,I am standing up here talking about “pressure”,feeling relaxed and pleased for I am finally able to look down at my disadvantages in a correct way,face this difficulty calmly,work hard to get through it,and improve my studying efficiency step-by-step.

First of all,I kept telling myself that I must improve my ndly,I believe that I definitely have the ability to do these two conditions in mind,I’ve got my own motive force,and step one of all the process of overcome difficulties is -- not giving up!To get through all the tasks and roadblocks on the way,you’ll have to insist to fight for your you had the perseverance,you’ll get the chance to succeed,and then you’ll find out on your way,that all the pressure had a solution.

I always ask my tutors and teachers and parents different kinds of math questions which I didn’t understand at the moment,and I frequently give myself a positive psychological hint,and that makes me always ready to face the challenges in a great condition.

The other point is that I try to keep happy all the time,because nerves and worries do no a good mood will always help me to face any pressure deliberately,and even get help from this way,I’d get more power to strike ’s why I thank the pressure in my life.

The first pressure comes from the students themselves. In order to become top students and to win a scholarship, many students spend more time on studying but less time on recreation or rest.

The second pressure stems from their peer groups. Finding that their classmates are staying up late, many students will feel guilty if they do something else. They think the only way to overcome the fear of being left behind the others is to study even harder. The last pressure derives from the competition in finding a job after graduation. There is a sharp increase in the number of college graduates in job markets in recent years, making it hard for college students to find jobs. Many students believe that the more knowledge they learn now at college, the more chance they will have in finding a job in the future on the job market.

A certain amount of pressures is not necessarily a bad thing. It stimulates students to make continuous efforts with their studies. However, too much pressure is certainly harmful to one's well being. College students ought to come to terms with themselves and the world around them. Moreover, they ought to learn how to relieve themselves of unnecessary pressures in their daily lives.
