白潔最近和朋友們出去玩，總是"落單"！所以我們今天就來看看怎麼用美語口語說"落單-，多出我一個"。
Third Wheel --- Third Wheel在美語中指那個多出來，礙手礙腳的人，也就是"電燈泡"！
I do not like going out with my couple friends. Being the third wheel sucks!
我不喜歡和我的情侶朋友出去玩。做電燈泡最討厭了！
But Ted in How I Met Your Mother has been a third wheel for 8 years. He doesn't seem to mind at all!
但是老爸老媽浪漫史裏的Ted已經做了8年的電燈泡了！他好像從不介意。
A: Hey 白潔 wanna go to the movies with me?
A: 嘿，白潔，想和我去看電影麼？
B: Yes! I would love to! I heard the Great Gatsby is really.........
A: my boyfriend?
B: 好啊！我願意！據說偉大的蓋茨比非常。。
A: 還有我男朋友？
B: I refuse to be the third wheel!!
我拒絕當電燈泡！
最近還流行一個說法，就是：
Fifth Wheel --- 同樣是電燈泡的意思，但是和兩對情侶在一起的電燈泡
Being a third wheel is bad enough. Being a fifth wheel is a total nightmare!
做一對情侶的電燈泡就夠慘了。做兩對情侶的電燈泡那簡直就是場惡夢啊！
A: Daniel just asked me if he could tag along our double date to the Bruno Mars concert.
Daniel剛纔竟然問我他能不能跟着我們的四人約會一起去看Bruno Mars的演唱會。
B:Can't he take a hint? He's gonna be the fifth wheel and that is just awkward.
他真是不動腦子。他去當電燈泡，那多尷尬啊！
The Odd One Out --- 落單，剩下一個人
A: The cab only fits four people. But we have five. Baijie, you are the odd one out. Maybe you can share a cab with Melissa and Ryan.
出租車只坐得下4個人，但是我們有5個。白潔，看來你落單了。要不你跟Melissa-和Ryan打一輛車吧。
B: Aww man! I don't wanna be the third wheel! I'll get my own cab.
真討厭，我纔不要做電燈泡呢。我自己打一輛車算了。
