【背景】

每在流行性疫情爆發時便會遭搶購的板藍根，如今也被用在了動物的身上。爲了對抗H7N9病毒，蘇州動物園嘗試給園內鳥類喂喝板藍根。

板藍根具有清熱解毒、涼血消腫、一定程度上提高免疫的功能，但是事先服用板藍根對預防病毒有作用目前還沒得到證實，鍾南山等專家建議不要盲目服用板藍根來預防H7N9。

The Suzhou Zoo recently took measures to protect animals in the zoo against H7N9 virus including allowing birds to take the isatis root and beasts of prey to eat beef instead of chicken.

Since the H7N9 bird flu was detected in some places of China, the zoo started to add a certain amount of the isatis root, a traditional Chinese Medicine, and antiviral granules into the water for birds to drink for virus resistance and prevention.

蘇州動物園近期採取各項措施保護園內動物抵抗HVN9病毒，包括給鳥類喂喝板藍根，停止給猛獸喂養雞肉，改喂牛肉。

由於H7N9禽流感在中國的一些地方被檢測出來，動物園開始在鳥類動物的飲水中適量添加了中藥板藍根、抗病毒沖劑，幫助它們抵抗和預防病毒。
