首先要問好：
Hi! How are you?
I'm doing well.
How are you?
I'm good, thanks!

可以問一個問題作爲開場白：
Where are you from?
Where do you work?
What do you do for a living? 你在哪工作，你是做什麼工作的？
Do you come here often? 你平常來這裏嗎？
Are you enjoying yourself? 你玩的開心嗎？
What brought you here? 你爲什麼來這？
How has your day been? 你今天過得怎麼樣？
How has your week been? 你這周過得怎麼樣？
Where did you grow up? 你在哪裏長大的？
What do you do in your free time? 你業餘時間做什麼呢？
Where do you go to school? 你在哪裏上學？
Where did you go to school? 你上過哪個學校？

也可以用當時的情況作爲開場白：
The weather has been amazing lately! 最近的天氣這麼好啊！
This shop serves really good coffee. 這裏的咖啡很好喝。
This is a good song,Do you like it? 這首歌很好聽，你喜歡嗎？
