具體的方法如下：
1、看電影學英語，但是要關掉字幕，同時儘量大聲複述所有能夠聽懂的劇中對話
我得承認，對於一個英語聽說能力不強的人，如果照做的話一開始的過程會非常的痛苦。很有可能的結果是一部電影下來什麼也沒有聽明白。但是，請相信我，如果能夠堅持這樣做的話，那麼在10部電影之後，就會聽懂相當多的對白，並且能夠複述聽懂的對白中的一半。每一個人都有接受語言的本能，這個辦法帶有一點點強制性，但可以把我們的語言潛能發掘出來。
在一開始的時候，建議挑選一些曾經看過的影碟，這樣會幫助你對英語原聲的理解。另外，一定要保證每
天，最多不超過兩天就要看一盤碟片。另外，如果條件允許，那麼最好自己在一個房間裏面以避免干擾。
這個方法可以有效鍛鍊英語聽說的基本功。
2、利用一切機會擴大自己的詞彙量，但是先要扔掉4-6級考試標準詞彙表
