公道的市場價格

A:What's the price?I hope you'll quote us favorably.

A:你們的價格是多少,希望你們能報優惠價。

B:It's 800 US dollars per kilo CIFC five percent Hamburg.

B:漢堡到岸價每公斤800美元,含5%佣金。

A:Frankly speaking, the price you offer is too high. We can't accept it.

A:說實話,你們提供的價格太高了。我們無法接受。

B:Why? This is a fair market price.

B:此話怎講?這是個公道的市場價格啊。

A:It certainly is.

A:價格的確如此。

B:Then what leads you to think that we have to reduce our price?Please tell me candidly.

B:那麼,是什麼使你認爲我們必須降價呢?請坦誠相告。

A:I look at it this way: suppliers should be able to reduce their CIF price, even lower than their home price.

A:我是這樣看的,供應商應儘量降低他們的到岸價,甚至低於其國內價格。

B:We give you quotations on the same basis as we quote in the domestic market.

B:我們給你的價格和我們給國內的價格的基準是一樣的。

A:That's the point. Your overhead is in your domestic price, but it can't be carried in the CIF price.

A:問題就在這裏,貴公司的日常費用包含在你們的國內價格中,但這項費用不應計入到岸價中。

B:But even with the overhead out, the export overhead must be put in. Finally, it comes to the same thing. Anyway, this is a quality item and should be sold on its value.

B:但即使剔除這項日常費用,出口日常費用還是得計入的,到最後其結果是一樣的。不管怎樣,這項商品的價格應該以其品質而定。

A:I wish you could make a reconsideration. If you don't reduce your price, we won't purchase from you any more because there's plenty of other business offering here.
