1、託業考試條件
TOEIC考試不對考生有任何報考資格限制。 TOEIC考試測試人們的工作環境中使用英語交流的能力，通過參加TOEIC考試可以瞭解自己的英語水平及英語學習進展狀況。
2、託業考試網上報名流程
第一步：
登陸託業官方網站的公開考試報名專區，可以完成整個報考步驟，包括填寫或修改個人信息、選擇考試日期和城市、網上銀行付費或者填寫郵政匯款(只對已經通過郵局付費的考生)信息;
注：可自行修改的個人信息不包括姓名、性別、證件類型、證件號碼、出生日期
第二步：
考生可以申請帳號和密碼，並請妥善保管，使用此帳號和密碼，可以查詢報考狀態、個人在本網站上的帳戶信息及個人信息，並可以在考試結束後查詢考試成績;
第三步：
多次報考的考生，請使用同一個身份報考，以免造成用不同身份報考後造成身份無效的問題。有的考生第一次報考後，沒有妥善保管帳號和密碼，再次登陸本網站時有困難，就隨便另行更改證件號碼信息並重新註冊身份，因此就可能造成無法驗證身份而被拒絕考試，或者證書上的身份信息無效等問題。如果忘記帳號和密碼不能成功登陸本網站，請及時練習託業官網的工作人員及時解決。

報名流程
第一步:在報名網站註冊
請認真填寫個人信息，包括姓名、身份證號等信息，並覈對確認。
填寫個人信息注意事項：
考生註冊前應準備好標準證件電子版照片，照片要求爲：379_484像素，無白邊，建議淺色背景，報名時須在“個人信息”頁面上傳；
考生申請帳號和密碼，請妥善保管。使用此帳號和密碼，可以查詢報考狀態、個人信息，下載准考證、考試成績等；
多次報考的考生，請使用同一個身份報考，以免造成因不同身份報考而導致身份無效問題；
如果忘記帳號和密碼，賬號可使用手機或郵箱登陸，密碼可以通過 "密碼找回" 功能找回；
在付款成功之後，不能在線修改姓名、性別、證件類型、證件號碼、出生日期、國籍。
第二步：填寫報考信息
選擇考試類型、時間和城市。
第三步：在線繳費
請仔細覈對個人信息以及報考信息，確認無誤後，根據提示完成在線付款；
考試報名截止日後將無法修改個人信息以及報考信息。
網上銀行付款注意事項：
託業公開考試目前僅支持支付寶即時到帳付款；
支付成功後，考試將立即被確認；

第四步：下載准考證
在每次公開考試日期前1周（不包含週末，從工作日開始），考生可通過登陸公開考試“報名中心” 下載電子版准考證；
在報名時如果提交的個人信息（中英文姓名、生日、證件號碼、通信地址等）有誤，將反映在准考證上，請考生在去參加考試之前，檢查這些信息並按照準考證上的指導更改；
考生准考證用A4紙打印出來使用，考生需要在准考證上簽字。（請考生儘早在週一到週五工作日打印准考證，以確保必要時可聯繫到相關客服。）
第五步：參加考試
攜帶有效證件(身份證、護照、軍官證、港澳居民身份證、臺灣居民往來大陸通行證。其它任何證件無效）、准考證（打印出的准考證上有上傳的證件照片）參加考試。有效證件，准考證對於參加考試的考生來說，缺一不可，請考生一定攜帶齊全。
注：考點和考場地址：在准考證上有詳細描述。
考生報到時間爲上午8:30，考試將在上午9:00準時開始。遲到的考生將被拒絕參加考試。
第六步：成績查詢與接收證書
考試結束後2周後，考生可登錄網站查詢成績（特殊考試服務可在考試結束1周後登陸網站查詢成績）；
考試結束 40-45天后（特殊考試服務在考試結束10天后），考生可接受美國教育考試服務中心（ETS）的成績證書一張（郵寄地址僅限中國大陸境內）。
其他重要規定：
取消考試規定
考生在考試報名截止日期前可免費取消考試，但需要支付退款手續費人民幣5元;
在扣除手續費後，剩餘費用將通過支付寶退回考生報名付款時使用的銀行卡;
一旦考試報名截止，考生則不能取消考試,考試費將不予退回；
特殊考試服務一經報名繳費成功，不接受退費，考生可以聯繫客服進行轉考操作。
更改考試規定
在考試報名截止之前考生可以更改考試的日期和城市;
如要更改考試日期和城市,需要先取消考試,再重新報考(參見“取消考試規定”);
一旦考試報名截止,考生則無法再更改考試日期和城市，考試費將不予退回;
以上操作均需在報名截止之前進行。
成績複議規定
考試結束後3個月內考生可以要求成績複議；
託業聽力閱讀考試的成績複議費爲人民幣80元。費用繳納方法：在線支付；
收到申請表和費用後1個月內，將安排對原始分數重新判定，判定完畢後通過郵件方式發放成績複議結果；
如果重新評定的分數與原分數相同，成績複議的費用將不退還；如果重新評定的分數與原分數有區別，將退還成績複議費；
考生要求成績複議需要預先繳納成績複議費，在線填寫並提交成績複議申請，收到申請後我們將立即爲您辦理。
申請額外證書規定
考生可申請額外的美國教育考試服務中心（ETS）發放的成績證書；
申請每份額外成績證書需交納人民幣80元；
收到申請和費用後1個月內，發放所申請的額外證書；
考生可在線填寫並提交額外證書申請，收到申請後我們將立即爲您辦理。
索要發票
考生可以在支付全額報名費並在無退費的情況下申請發票，發票金額爲實際報名費金額。
考生應在支付成功後一個月內申請發票，電子發票將通過電子郵件的形式發送至考試註冊時填寫的電子郵箱地址。
考試規則

考生報名時必須填寫個人的真實信息，對於使用虛假和他人信息者 ，考試主辦方有權取消該考生的考試成績，五年內禁止參加託業考試；

考生須按要求準時到達考場。未按要求準時到達考場的，遲到的考生不允許進入考場參加考試；

考生入場須出示准考證及有效身份證件。中國大陸考生須使用二代身份證、護照或軍官證；港澳地區考生須使 用港澳居民身份證或護照；臺灣地區考生須使用臺灣居民來往大陸通行證；外籍考生須使用護照。託業考試有效證件限於上述證件原件，且須在有效期內並附有可識別的照片。考生入場所持證件的類型必須與註冊時保持一致。考生未攜帶准考證、有效身份證件或證件照與本人面貌不符，均不能入場考試；持假證件參加考試、僱傭他人爲自己代考或爲他人代考的考生，一經發現取消考試成績，五年內禁止參加託業考試；
When entering, candidate will be asked to provide the admission ticket, and the valid ID . Chinese mainland candidate must bring the second-generation National ID, Passport or Military ID; Hong Kong and Macao candidate must bring the Hong Kong and Macao Resident Identity Card or Passport; Taiwan candidate must bring the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents; Foreigner must bring Passport. The valid ID listed above accepted by TOEIC Test must be original and be current (Not expired) with a recognizable photograph. Candidate with fake identification and impersonated candidate will be prohibited to participate in any TOEIC Test in 5 years;

考生在進入考場前須徹底關閉手機（包括關閉手機鬧鐘）、電腦、智能手錶、耳機等電子設備，進入考場後應將所有電子設備連同其他物品一併放置於考生個人物品存放處。考試開始後，如發生考生攜帶電子設備至考位，或發現考生放置於考生個人物品存放處的電子設備沒有徹底關閉（包括因手機、手錶、電腦的鈴聲或震動），考生將被取消考試成績。滋擾考試秩序、不配合考務處理、使用電子設備作弊的考生，還將被五年內禁止參加託業考試；
All cell phones (including alarm clock), PDAs, smartwatches and other electronic devices must be turned off before entering the test room. Candidates shall wear proper clothes for the weather, in case the temperature in the test room could not be adjusted during the not bring valuables into the test room. The test organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost during the test;

不要與其他考生髮生不必要的衝突，對於考生之間出現的任何問題，考試主辦方將不承擔任何責任；
Do not engage in unnecessary conflict with other candidates. The test organizer is not responsible for any problems happen between candidates;

在考場監考人員宣佈考生可以離開考場之前，考生不能提前離開考場。考生因特殊原因不能繼續考試，需要到現場考務辦公室等候，在考試結束後才能離開；
Candidates are not allowed to leave the seat until the administrator instructs to do so. Those who are not able to continue the exam due to special reason will be asked to wait in the administration office and allowed to leave after the test is finished;

考試過程中可能出現任何意外情況，考場監考人員都將按照託業考試考場管理規則提供現場解決方案，如果考生對解決方案有異議，需要在方案實施之前提出；否則，將被視爲接受解決方案並承擔該解決方案所帶來的結果；考生接受現場解決方案後，對該情況及現場解決方案的投訴無效。 由於無法預料的情況，考試可能會被取消或推遲。對於因取消或推遲考試而給考生帶來的任何不便、成本（考試費除外）和其他個人損失，託業考試主辦方不承擔任何責任；
The administrator will provide on-site solution according to the TOEIC Test administration regulations if any accident occurs during the exam. Objections must be raised before the solution is implemented, or else, candidates shall be deemed to have accepted the solution and take the consequences related; Complaints regarding the accident and solution are not accepted if candidates have accepted the on-site solution. The test could be canceled or delayed due to unexpected conditions. The test organizer is not responsible for any loss (except the examination fee) or inconvenience caused by the cancellation or delay of the test

有下列行爲的考生，按照託業考試管理規定，將被取消考試資格、 取消考試成績並不退還考試費：
According to the TOEIC Test administration regulation, candidates involved in any of the followings will be disqualified, whose score will be cancelled, and whose test fee will not be refunded:
10.1 遲到的考生；
Candidates who arrive late after the1 test has started;
10.2 在入場過程中或考試過程中，被發現證件或照片不符合託業考試要求的考生；
Candidates whose identification or photos are found unqualified when entering the test room or during the test;
10.3 除證件、鉛筆橡皮以外，拒不將其他個人物品放置到考生個人物品存放處的考生；
Candidates who refuse to place personal items (except identification card, pencils and erasers)in thedesignated area;
10.4 無論是否對考試造成影響，在考試過程中被發現使用手機等電子設備或手機等電子設備沒有徹底關閉的考生；
Candidates caught using cell phones or other electronic devices or whose devices are not turned off completely during the test, disregarding the influence;
10.5 考試開始前翻閱試題或作答、考試結束後繼續作答，或在考試過程中不按要求作答的考生；
Candidates who read or write on the test paper before the test begin, keep writing after the test ended, or do not follow the test rules;
10.6 在考試過程中，在試卷上做標記的考生，跨部分作答的考生，有任何作弊行爲的考生；
During the test, candidates who have the behavior of marking on the test books, working on a section other than the current section, or using any cheating methods;
10.7 抄襲他人或書籍資料等，或爲他人抄襲提供方便的考生；
Candidates who copy from others or any book, or help others cheating;
10.8 在考試過程中，有夾帶、傳遞紙條等物品及有任何作弊行爲的考生；
Candidates who smuggle, pass notes and other items or have any other cheating behavior;
10.9 在考場內交談、喧譁或製造明顯噪音，干擾其他考生考試，經監考人員一次警告後，繼續幹擾行爲的考生；
Candidateswho fail to stop talking, clattering, making noises or any other disturbances after a one-time warning by administrator;
10.10 在考試結束前，擅自離開考場的考生；
Candidates who leave the test room without permission before the test ends;
10.11 使用任何威脅語言或行爲攻擊考試監考人員，經監考人員一次警告後，繼續攻擊言行的考生；擾亂考試秩序，語言威脅或行爲攻擊考務工作人員或其他考生的考生；
Candidates who fail to stop using threatening language or behavior against administrators after a one-time warning;
10.12 違反現場監考老師給出的考試指令，或違反《考生手冊》和託業官網已經列出的其他考試規定；
Candidates whofail to follow the test orders given by the administrators or any rules listed on the Bulletin of Information or TOEIC official website;

有下列行爲的考生，按照託業考試管理規定，將被取消考試資格、 取消考試成績、不退還考試費、五年內禁止參加託業考試，並會被追究法律責任：
Candidates who have any behaviors listed below, will get their test results and qualification canceled, will not get refund, will be prohibited from taking TOEIC exam for five years and will be investigated;
11.1使用虛假證件或提供虛假證件的考生；
Candidates who usefake identificationor offer fake identification;
11.2 有替考和被替考行爲的考生；
Candidates who are proxy testers or impersonated;
11.3 使用電子設備作弊或提供作弊設備的考生；
Candidates who cheat using any electronic device or offer cheating device for others;
11.4 以任何方式對考試資料和考試內容進行刪除或複製，或將考試資料或考試內容帶出考場，或將考試題目或答案泄露給其他人或其他機構的考生。此類行爲將被追究法律責任；
Candidates who are found taking test materials out of the test room will be held liable and prohibited to take any TOEIC test in 5 years;

考試後，成績因故無法計算的，將視情況安排免費重考；
If the test results could not be calculated or given due to various reasons after the test, the test organizer will arrange a compensate reexamination depending on the situation;

對於在考前，考試過程中或考試結束後發現有作弊嫌疑或異常成績的考生，託業考試主辦方有權對相關考生、考場、考區進行調查處理（調查期間將暫緩發佈成績），包括且不限於將有代考或其他作弊方式嫌疑的考生的相關信息提交至公安機關等第三方鑑定機構進行鑑定，與考生所在單位聯繫覈實相關信息等;
Before, during or after the test, the test organizer has the right to check the personal profile of any suspected proxy tester or other cheating methods, including but not limited to submit it to third-party identification bodies such as public security organizations, contact the candidate's company to verify the relevant information;

所有考生、考場、考區需要無條件積極配合託業考試主辦方對於考試過程中各類舞弊行爲的調查和相關行動。考生、考場、考區需配合調查的方式包含但不限於重新考試、信息提供等方式。對於拒絕配合的考生、考場、考區，託業考試主辦方有權不發佈成績直至取消成績；
All candidates, test centers, test administrators should cooperate with the investigate, including but not limited to re-test, provision of information, etc. Candidates, test centers, test administrators should be cooperative. We have the right to cancel the score of the candidates, test centers, test administrators if he/she is not cooperative in the investigation;

託業考試主辦方有權根據調查結果對相關違紀行爲和異常成績作出處理，處理方式包括但不限於不發佈成績直至取消成績、取消已發佈的成績（要求被取消成績的考生退回成績證書），對於有作弊行爲的考生禁止其5年內參加考試。託業考試主辦方保留對一切違紀考生、考場、考區做出相關處理的權利；
We reserve the right to further investigate, punish, or cancel the score of the candidate(s), test centers, test administrators who is/are caught cheating during the test or after the test;

如遇特殊疫情或其他突發情況，爲保障全體考生的安全，本公司除遵守國家相關法律規定外，需要安排特別的考務防控措施（如：要求考生進入考場時測量體溫、戴口罩、消毒、禁止疑似病例參加考試等），考生應予以無條件遵照執行。
