中國一男子在津巴布韋賣該國國旗被罰20美元
A judge in Zimbabwe has fined a Chinese national for selling the national flag without authorisation, the state-run Herald newspaper reports.
據津巴布韋當地媒體《先驅報》報道，該國一位法官日前對一未經許可出售津巴布韋國旗的中國男子進行了罰款處罰。The businessman, named by The Herald as 28-year-old Weidong Li, was fined $20 and in total 314 flags were seized.
《先驅報》報道稱，該名28歲的中國男子李衛東是一名商人，其被罰款20美元，其未賣出的314面津巴布韋國旗也被沒收。Last month Zimbabwean officials warned that anyone who "abused" the flag risked prosecution.
津巴布韋政府上個月警告稱，任何“濫用”津巴布韋國旗者將會受到處罰。
On passing the sentence against Mr Weidong, presiding judge Tendai Mahwe said he was showing leniency, saying the accused had saved the court time by pleading guilty.
在對李衛東一案的宣判過程中，審判長Tendai Mahwe表示，由於此中國商人主動認罪併爲庭審節省了時間，所以最終被寬大處理。"You bought the flags in China and you were selling them for profit," Mr Mahwe was quoted by the Herald as saying. "I will take into consideration that you will lose your flags,"
《先驅報》引用Mahwe的話稱：“你從中國買來國旗，到這裏來賣。我會考慮沒收你的旗子。”The Chinese national was arrested after officials found the flags on display for sale at his shop in Harare, the capital.
當地執法人員是在這位中國商人於首都哈拉雷開的店鋪中發現了有國旗在出售，於是隨後就逮捕了他。He becomes the first person to be found guilty of breaching the Flag of Zimbabwe Act, which bans any trade involving the national flag without official permission.
李衛東成爲了第一個違反《津巴布韋國旗法案》的人。該法案規定，禁止任何未經政府許可的有關國旗的交易。
