阿里巴巴攜手天津打造北方首個'無現金城市'

Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has vowed to cooperate with Tianjin to make the municipality a "cashless city"--the first of its kind in northern China.

中國電子商務巨頭阿里巴巴將與天津市進行合作，承諾將該市打造成中國北方首個“無現金城市”。

The cooperation plan was unveiled at a meeting between Tianjin officials and Alibaba Group's executives.

天津市官員與阿里巴巴集團高管在一項會議上公佈了這一合作計劃。

Li Hongzhong, Tianjin's Party chief, said the plan would significantly boost Tianjin's "smart city" construction, and he hopes Alibaba will view the city as strategically important in the group's future development plans.

天津市市委書記李鴻忠表示，這一計劃將大大推動天津的“智慧城市”建設，他希望阿里巴巴將該市視爲集團未來發展規劃的戰略之重。

Li added that Tianjin, the largest coastal city in northern China, holds profound technologies and human resources for smart industry development.

李鴻忠書記還說道，天津是中國北方最大的沿海城市，擁有用於智能產業發展的深厚技術和人力資源。

Alibaba's Jack Ma said the group's pledge to build Tianjin into a "cashless city" is part of their goal to further integrate with the coordinated development plan of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

馬雲表示，阿里巴巴集團承諾將天津打造成“無現金城市”，這是進一步整合京津冀地區協調發展規劃的一部分。

He said Alibaba would strengthen investment in Tianjin in several aspects, including finance, cloud computing, logistics, and cross-border imports, vowing to build Tianjin into a major data port in northern China.

他說，阿里巴巴將加大在天津幾大領域的投資，包括金融，雲計算，物流和跨境進口，並承諾將天津建成中國北方的數據大港。
