長時間協商過後 中泰高鐵即將開建

After a long delay, the Sino-Thai high-speed railroad scheme looks set to shift into gear by year-end with Thailand funding all of the civil engineering work.

在耽擱了很久以後,中泰高速鐵路計劃將在年底前開工,泰國將負責爲所有的土木工程提供資金。

"We came up with latest conclusion that the county will invest in all of the project's construction," said Kobsak Phutrakul, a vice minister at the PM's Office.

The Bangkok-Nakhon Ratchasima route would be developed in the first phase and its extension in the future. The railway project will feature dual 1.435-metre gauge tracks and span 837 kilometres in total.

曼谷至呵叻段將於一期修建,其延長線將在未來完成。這項鐵路工程的軌距將是1.435米,總長837公里。

長時間協商過後 中泰高鐵即將開建

The Bangkok-Kaeng Khoi route will run about 250km and require about 170 billion-190 billion baht of investment. Under the agreement, Thailand would retain ownership rights for the entire project.

曼谷至耿奎之間的鐵路爲250公里,大約需要1700—1900億泰銖投資。按照此項協議,泰國將擁有全部項目的所有權。

The Chinese side would be responsible for surveying the project's proprietary and designing the project. The Thai side would be responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments, expropriating land and executing contracts.

中方將負責進行項目的勘測和設計。而泰國方面將負責進行環境影響評估,徵地和執行合同

The resource capital for the project would come from the government's expense budget and domestic loans plus other sources such as China's import-export bank.

該項目的資金將來自政府的預算、國內的貸款以及中國的進出口銀行等其他渠道。

Other areas of co-operation are human resource development, technology transfer and training.

其他領域的合作還有人力資源的開發、技術轉讓和培訓。
