尼日利亞某男娶107個老婆 生185個孩子

The Nigerian man has made marriage a full-time job, taking 107 brides who produced 185 children, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The youngest kid is just one month old.

The Islamic faith healer, now 87, is currently wed to 86 wives ranging in age from 19 through 64. He has buried nine spouses, and divorced another dozen, the Times said. 該日報報道，這位伊斯蘭醫生今年87歲，一共和19到64歲的86位女性結過婚。他有9位妻子已經離世，並和另外12位妻子離婚。

Maasaba lives with his family in an 89-room house in the city of Bida. His extended family - in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews - now numbers about 5,000.

His polygamist ways landed Maasaba in jail just three years ago, when he refused an order from Islamic authorities to divorce all but four of his wives.

When the case went to trial, dozens of his spouses testified they were married of their own free will. After hearing from 57 women, the court ordered Maasaba's release.
到了審判時，他的妻子們表示她們都是自願與Maasaba結婚的。法庭在聽了他57位妻子的證言之後決定將他釋放。

"If I didn't satisfy them," he said, "they would leave."
