凱特將進駐英國杜莎夫人蠟像館

Kate Middleton might finally become a member of the Royal Family next April but she will have to wait a few months longer to join them in Madame Tussauds. The waxworks museum plans to arrange a sitting for Prince William’s new bride after their wedding next year. And with the world-famous creations taking four months to complete, the tourist attraction said a dummy Kate Middleton could be unveiled towards the end of 2011. She would join models of the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, and Princes William and Harry.
　　英國杜莎夫人蠟像館(Madame Tussauds)要添新客了，對象就是倍受全球矚目的英國皇室“準兒媳婦”、威廉的未婚妻凱特·米德爾頓。據悉，美麗的凱特的“蠟像化身”耗時達到4個月，將在2011年年末“正式”與遊客見面，而凱特在蠟像館中的“所站位置”就恰恰放在威廉王子的旁邊，她將在明年4月婚禮後“堂堂正正”地加入皇室大家庭，與女王伊麗莎白二世、愛丁堡公爵以及威爾斯王子、哈里王子和查爾斯夫婦等皇室成員一起供遊客參觀。

A spokeswoman for Madame Tussauds said: 'We have a really good relationship with the Royals and they always do sittings for us. 'It looks likely it will be shortly after the wedding and then it takes four months to complete.' There were no clues as to how Miss Middleton might appear as a waxwork or whether she would provide an outfit. 'It depends on what she wants and whether she can donate clothing,' the spokeswoman added.

英國杜莎夫人蠟像館的發言人說：“我們一直與皇室保持着良好的關係，雖然，在製作蠟像的時候，模特們都需要保持“靜止不動”數小時，皇室成員還是非常樂意做我們的模特。凱特蠟像製作週期需要4個月，目前對於凱特蠟像的穿衣具體造型，我們不方便給於透露，但是凱特有自由選擇她在蠟像裏造型，最好她能自己捐些衣服，那我們就省心多了。”
