A Healthy Breakfast

Breakfasts are very important for us.A healthy breakfast is even more important.

First,after a long sleeping at night,our bodies used up all of the energy,and we need to make new energy to support our bodies,and breakfast is what we need.

Second,we need to do a lot of work in the new day and that means our bodies need a lot of energy to consume.A healthy breakfast can offer us this energy.

So,never forget to have our breakfast,and better to have a healthy breakfast.

早餐對我們很重要。一頓健康的早餐是重中之重。

首先,我們經過了一夜的睡眠,我們的身體用光了所有的能量,所以我們需要攝入新的能量來支撐我們的身體,所以我們需要早餐。

第二,我們在新的一天裏需要做大量的工作,這就意味着我們的身體需要大量的能量去消耗。一頓健康的早餐可以爲我們提供能量。

所以,千萬別忘了吃早餐,最好吃一頓健康的早餐。

  早餐的重要性

As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. Some believe breakfast is important to people’s body health. In my opinion, I’m convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.

人們都忙於自己的工作,所以在早上都會選擇直接上班,而不吃早餐。一些人認爲不吃早餐不會影響自己的身體健康。一些人認爲早餐對健康很重要。就我來說,我覺得爲了身體健康着想,我們應該吃早餐。

First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we don’t have breakfast, then we have no enough energy to do our work efficiently.

首先,早餐能夠給我們提供自己一天所需的能量。在吃早餐前,我們的身體一斤高消耗完了前一餐的食物提供給我們的能量。說以,我們需要在早上吃點兒東西來給我們的身體提供一些能量和營養。如果我們不吃早餐,那麼我們沒有足夠的能量,這樣會導致我們工作效率低。

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you don’t have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. Generally speaking, we don’t have much excise in the evening while we eat too much food. As a result, the surplus calorie will be stored in our body and make us fat.

其次,不吃早餐的人更容易肥胖。如果不吃早餐,你將會在中午和晚上吃大量的食物。通常來說,一般人們在晚上的活動量會很少,但是,我們由於吃了太多的食物,那些多餘的熱量會儲存在我們的身體裏,讓我們變胖。

I eat breakfast everyday, because it’s important to my health. At first, I did not like eating breakfast, but my mother forced me to eat. Every morning, my mother prepared delicious breakfast for me, such as milk, egg, bread and others. Gradually, I liked having breakfast. I feel energetic after having breakfast. Having delicious and nutrient breakfast brings me a happy day. I hope everyone can build this healthy habit.
