Besides, quite often, there would be more than one person at the reception, so it was no big deal for this particular staff member to take leave. Whatever he felt like he needed to do, he could get on it right away. At the same time, while this staff member was sitting behind the desk at the reception, there were several computers he could use. He had access to the network from the computer there. It could be inconvenient though, in the sense that a customer might approach him at any moment.
