La-la land is sometimes used as the informal name for Los Angeles but 'la-'la land' has another meaning which Rob explains in this programme and discovers that this is somewhere Feifei might be heading to!
La-la land是洛杉磯的非正式名稱，不過la-la land還有另一個意思，羅布將在本期節目中進行解釋，大家還會在節目中聽到菲菲可能去旅行的地方！

羅布：大家好，我是羅布。Feifei: I'm Feifei and this is The English We Speak.

Rob: Feifei, you've travelled all over the world but have you ever been to la-la land?
羅布：菲菲，你環遊過全世界，那你去過洛杉磯嗎？Feifei: Ha — you mean Los Angeles — the city of angels. It's an amazing place, full of film stars!
菲菲：哈哈，你指的是天使之城洛杉磯吧。那是個不可思議的地方，到處都是電影明星！Rob: Sounds great and you're very clever — la-la land is the informal name for Los Angeles... but there is another la-la land.
羅布：聽上去真不錯，你非常聰明，la-la land是洛杉磯的非正式名稱，不過還有另外一個la-la land。Feifei: And where is this other la-la land?
菲菲：那另外一個la-la land在哪裏？Rob: It's usually in someone's head! Like our boss — he wants me to write all these scripts, edit them and make him a cup of tea — by the end of the day. He really is living in la-la land!
羅布：通常是在某個人的腦袋裏！比如我們老闆，他想讓我在今天結束前，把所有稿子都寫出來，還有把它們都編輯好，然後再給他泡杯茶。他可真是生活在幻想世界！Feifei: Our boss is living in la-la land — but the last time I checked he was living in London!
菲菲：我們的老闆生活在la-la land？可是上次我覈對時他還住在倫敦啊！Rob: Well Feifei, if someone is living in la-la land it can also mean they are in a fantasy world where they believe impossible things might happen — but they are being unreasonable and not being realistic.
