A: Well, the nurse already took your blood pressure and she said it looks a little high.

B: That could be related to my thyroid medication.

A: That could be it. Let me listen to your heartbeat.

A: Sounds nice and strong to me.

B: I am concerned about some pain I've been having in my knee.
