Self-employment is an attractive choice and a good way for college students to start careers. When they are working for themselves rather than other people, they will have moreenthusiasm and passion, which are the key factors to achieve success.對於大學生而言，自主創業是一個極具吸引力的選擇，也是一個良好的職業開端。當他們爲自己而不是他人工作時，會投入更大的激情，而這恰恰是獲得成功的關鍵因素。

Many people say that self-employment has a lot of advantages, but in my opinion, it'simpractical for college students to be self-employed since they have little experience inmanaging a business. They are not familiar with the real business world, which is totallydifferent from their campuses.
儘管很多人認爲自主創業有很多好處。但在我看來，對於毫無從商經驗的大學生來說，自主創業是非常不現實的。商業環境和校園環境是截然不同的，因此大學生對商業圈會感到非常陌生。

Running a business is not easy, it needs different knowledge and skills, such as management, marketing, finance, human resources and so on. However, for most college students, they justspecialize in a certain field. Therefore, they should find jobs first before running their ownbusiness.創業是非常不容易的，需要涉及到多方面的知識、技能，比如，管理、營銷、財務、人力資源等等。但是大多數學生僅僅精通某一方面，因此，大學生畢業後應該先找工作再去創業。
