巴黎消息-法國著名足球運動員齊內丁·齊達內在2006年世界盃與意大利決賽中非常不雅地用頭將意大利隊馬特拉齊撞翻在地，這一行爲讓齊達內吃到一張紅牌，而最終法國隊也丟掉了冠軍。現在根據這一事件而雕刻的塑像正矗立在巴黎街頭。The five-meter (16 feet) bronze statue, by artist Adel Abdessemed, captures the moment when the French captain lunged at Materazzi's chest during extra time.
這尊高達5米（16英尺）的銅質雕像是由藝術家阿岱爾·阿德斯梅創作的，它重現了法國隊長在加時賽中撞向馬特拉齊胸口的瞬間。
Zidane was sent off and never played international football again. France, who won the World Cup in 1998, lost the final to Italy on penalties.
此戰中齊達內被驅逐出場，而他再也沒有參加過任何形式的國際足球比賽。他1998年世界盃冠軍的身份對法國隊的失利無濟於事。Zidane later said he head-butted Materazzi because of insulting comments the Italian made to him on the pitch.
