銀行盜竊中
An old lady went out shopping last Tuesday. She came to a bank and saw a car near the door. A man got out of it and went into the bank. She looked into the car. The keys were in the lock. The old lady took the keys and followed the man into the bank. The man took a gun out of his pocket and said to the clerk, “Give me all the money.”
But the old lady did not see this. She went to the man, put the keys in his hand and said, “Young man, you’re stupid! Never leave your keys in your car: someone’s going to steal it!” The man looked at the old woman for a few seconds. Then he looked at the clerk—and then he took his keys, ran out of the bank, got into his car and drove away quickly, without any money.
小馬過河
One day, a little horse was asked to mill flour by his mother ，He carried the two bags of wheat and left home. He was walking he came to a river,the mill was on the other side of the river and there was no bridges over the water.
有一天，一匹小馬的媽媽讓他去磨房磨面，他揹着兩袋子麥子離開了家，他很快樂的走着。當他來到了一條河，磨房在河對面，可河上沒有橋。
Now, what would the little horse do. Looking at the flowing water, he got confused. Then he saw an old cow eating grass on the bank, . So he asked him : “ Uncle cow, is the water deep ? And can I walk across it ? ” “ Not at all ! ” the cow said. “It’s just as high as my lower legs, you can go across it. It’s safe. ” Then the little horse was ready to go across the water. Just then, a squirrel in the tree shouted to him : “Little horse, don’t go in the water. It’s too deep. You’ll get drawned, and one of my friends got drawned in it a few days ago. ”
現在小馬該怎麼辦呢?看着滾滾的河水，他困惑了，然後他看見一頭老牛在河岸邊吃草，於是他問道：“牛叔，水深嗎?我能過河嗎?”牛叔答道：“一點也不深，你可以過河，水只到到我的小腿肚，很安全。”於是小馬就準備過河了，就在那時，樹上的小松鼠對小馬大喊道：“小馬，不要過河，水太深了，你會被淹死的，我的一個朋友前些天才被溺水了。”
So the little horse drew back his legs quickly, he had to go back to ask his mother what to do. When his mother heard his story, she laughed and said to him : “ My child, it’s not enough if you only listen to the others. you must try it by yourself, then you'll find the truth. ”
於是小馬馬上把腿收回來，他必須得回家問問媽媽該怎麼辦?當他媽媽聽到這件事後，笑着對小馬說：“我的孩子，如果只聽別的那是不夠的，你得自己親自去嘗試，找到真相。”
The little horse came back to the river again. When he put his legs in the water again, the squirrel cried out again : “ Little horse, it’s dangerous, you can’t do that ! ” “Let me have a try.” The horse said. And with those words he walked carefully across the river. The water was neither that shallow as the cow had told him nor that deep as the squirrel had described. It was just OK for him.
於是小馬又來到河邊，當他再次把腿放進水裏時，松鼠又大叫起來了：“小馬，很危險，你不能那麼做。”小馬說：“讓我試試。”邊說着，小馬便小心翼翼的過了河，水既不如牛叔說的一樣淺，也不像松鼠說的那樣深，對他來說剛剛好。
he Grateful Mouse
感恩的老鼠
A lion was sleeping in the field. Suddenly, something fell on the lion's body.
一隻獅子睡在野外。突然，什麼東西落在獅子的身體。
"who dares to wake me up from my sleep?"
“誰敢把我從睡夢中驚醒?”
The lion jumped up and looked around. However, there was only a small mouse trembling.
獅子一躍而起，四處張望。不過，那裏只有一隻顫抖的小老鼠。
The lion held the mouse with his paw.
獅子向老鼠舉起他的爪子。
"you little mouse, you dare to wake me. I'll swallow you up."
“你這隻小老鼠，你敢來吵醒我，我要吃掉你的。”
The mouse trembled and said,", please forgive me . I slipped......"
老鼠顫抖着說，“獅子先生，請原諒我。我滑倒......”
"quiet!"
“安靜!”
"If you spare me ,l'll repay you. The lion was surprised.
“如果你饒了我，我會報答你的。獅子感到驚訝。
"ha, ha,ha,how will a little mouse like you repay me?"
“哈，哈，哈，像你這樣的小老鼠將如何報答我?”
"I meant it, I'll repay you."
“我的意思是，我會報答你的。”
"ha, ha, ha, what a funny fellow. Fine, I'll forgive ,don't talk about repaying me,or l'll eat you up."
“哈，哈，哈，真是有趣的傢伙。好吧，我會原諒你的。但是，不要再說報答我的話了，要不然我會吃掉你的。”
The lion was so amazed at what the mouse said,he let the mouse go.
獅子覺得小老鼠的話是如此驚奇，他讓小老鼠離開了。
One day, a large cry was heard in the woods. The lion was caught in a hunter's net.
有一天，一聲大孔從森林裏傳來。獅子被獵人的網網住了。
"oh, I'm going to die now. I can't believe I'm going to die like this. "
“哦，我馬上就要死了，我不能相信我會這樣死了。”
The mouse appeared in front of the lion. The mouse began gnawing at the net.
老鼠出現在獅子面前。老鼠開始啃着那張網。
The net broke and the lion was free.
網終於破了了，獅子自由了。
"Are you alright,
“你沒事吧，獅子先生?”
"Hey,you are that mouse."
“嘿，你是那隻老鼠。”
"I told you, I would definitely repay you. You should not look down on me because I am small.
“我告訴你，我一定會報答你的。你不應該因爲我小就看不起我。
The lion shamefully hung his head.
獅子慚愧的低下了頭。
