Last month, the boss said the first person to get 100 new customers would get a $1,000 bonus.

And now he tells us we need to get 200 before getting the bonus money!

It's just not fair. With him, it is always a moving target!

真不公平。就是因爲他，目標總是不能固定！

A target is something you want to hit or a goal you want to reach.

目標就是你想要命中的靶子，或你想要實現的目的。

So, a moving target is a goal that keeps changing.

因此移動目標是指不斷變化的目標。

Some people use this trick to make a goal harder, or even impossible, to reach.

一些人會利用這種竅門讓目標變得更加難以實現，甚至無法實現。

It's really hard to hit a target if it's always moving!

如果目標不確定的話，實現目標真的很難！
