【講解】

① under sb's nose就在某人眼皮底下 in sb's presence, usually without him noticing anything。

這個英語習語表達一般是指“目空一切，膽大包天的態度”，但是它也可以用來表示“離人們很近，本應注意到卻未能發現的事物或人”。

②擴展(from) under your nose在…眼皮子底下發生（指壞事就在眼前發生但卻沒被意識到或無法被阻止） used about something bad that happens in an obvious way but in a way that you do not notice or cannot prevent。
