Daniel: Hey Hana, you know, I had a horrible dream last night, horrible.
丹尼爾：哈娜，我昨晚做了個可怕的夢，非常可怕。Hana: Really, what is it about?
哈娜：是嗎，你夢到什麼了？Daniel: Well I can't tell you because it might become true so I'm not going tell, I'm just going to tell you I had a horrible dream, that's it.
丹尼爾：我不能告訴你，如果我告訴你那可能會成真，所以我不會告訴你，我只能說我做了個可怕的夢，就這樣。
Hana: No, no, you have to tell me like I heard that you have to tell otherwise that will come true.
哈娜：不對，你一定要告訴我，我聽說你一定要把惡夢說出來，不然惡夢會成真的。Daniel: No, no, it's the opposite, trust me. So, do you dream a lot?
丹尼爾：不是，不對，說出來纔會成真，相信我。你經常做夢嗎？Hana: Ahm, well yes, I usually remember my dream every day but I forget it so I don't really remember it now.
哈娜：嗯，對，一般我會記得我每天做的夢，不過現在我忘了，所以我現在並不記得我做的夢。Daniel: Oh because, you know, I've been reading a lot about dreams because lately I've been dreaming a lot and people said that you dream every single night but the difference is whether if you remember the dream or not, so do you know that?
丹尼爾：哦，我最近看了很多與做夢有關的文章，因爲我最近經常做夢，有人說人每天晚上都會做夢，但區別是你是否記得你做的夢，你知道這個嗎？Hana: Yeah, I read something similar to that. I heard that you dream seven dreams like seven different stories.
哈娜：我也看過類似的文章。我聽說人一般會做7個夢，是7件不同的事。Daniel: Seven?
丹尼爾：7個？Hana: Yeah and you only remember the fourth and fifth dream.
哈娜：對，而且通常人們只會記得其中4到5個夢。Daniel: Why is that?
丹尼爾：爲什麼？Hana: I don't know, you only can remember the fourth or fifth so that's why sometimes when you have a dream, there are many different stories.
哈娜：我也不知道，一般人們只會記得其中4到5個夢，所以有時你做的夢裏會出現許多不同的故事。Daniel: So that means if what we read is true it's like we dream every night and every night we dream seven different stories.
丹尼爾：如果我們看的文章是正確的，那就是說我們每天晚上都會做夢，而且每天晚上會夢到7件不同的事。Hana: Yes and I heard it's good if you write your dreams down while you remember it and it's really interesting.
哈娜：對，我聽說在你記得你的夢時把它寫下來是個好主意，這很有意思。Daniel: Yeah it is but even if you remember the dreams because that has happened to me, you wake up, you remember the dream but really quickly and really say you forget the dream. Has that happen to you?
丹尼爾：對，可是我發生過這種情況，就是即使我記得那些夢，可是醒來以後我很快就忘了。你有這樣過嗎？Hana: Yeah, that happens to me a lot that's why I think really should keep a diary of my dreams because I heard a lot of things that you dream about can be hints for your life or what you're thinking.
哈娜：有，我經常這樣，所以我認爲應該在日記裏把自己做的夢記錄下來，因爲我聽說睡覺時夢到的事情可能是對生活的暗示或是反映了你的想法。Daniel: Oh that's really interesting so well, I think I'm going to get a notebook or something and keep it, you know, on my bedside table.
丹尼爾：哦，這真的很有意思，我想我要在我的牀頭櫃上放一個筆記本。Hana: Yeah, me too.
