大額交易頻現 上海成亞太區最佳房地產投資地
Shanghai has become the top destination for real estate investment in Asia Pacific, squeezing out Tokyo from the No 1 spot in the fourth quarter of last year, according to data from real estate investment manager Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL).
房地產投資管理公司仲量聯行的數據顯示,去年第四季度,上海將東京從第一的位置上擠了下來,成爲亞太地區房地產投資的首選目的地。According to JLL, Shanghai's strong performance was driven by large transactions including ARA Asset Management's $2.91 billion investment in the Century Link complex in October, which was the biggest single-asset property transaction in Asia Pacific in 2016.

Other high profile deals included the SCPG Holdings Properties that purchased by China Vanke from the Blackstone Group for $1.9 billion.
其他大額交易還包括中國萬科以19億美元購入黑石集團旗下商業地產SCPG Holdings Properties。Globally, Shanghai was in the fifth spot in terms of property investment after New York, London, Los Angeles and Paris last year.

We believe that China — particularly Tier 1 cities — remains attractive to foreign investors as the market matures," JLL's head of research for China, Joe Zhou, said in a statement.

周志峯補充說道:“隨着英國脫歐、美國大選出現意料之外的結果等事件帶來的政治動盪,越來越多的投資者正在亞太地區、尤其是中國尋找機會。”Real estate transaction volumes in the fourth quarter of last year totaled $15.5 billion in China, $7.4 billion in South Korea and $7.2 billion in Japan.
