漢能薄膜股價大跌47%後停牌

Shares in Hanergy Thin Film, the Hong Kong-listed solar business under scrutiny by the FT in recent months, has been suspended after falling by as much as 47 per cent to HK$3.91 on Wednesday.

漢能薄膜發電集團(Hanergy Thin Film Power Group)的股票週三在香港暴跌47%至每股3.91港元后停牌。最近幾個月，英國《金融時報》一直在密切關注這家在香港上市的太陽能企業。

That was the lowest level since February 3. No reasons were given for the suspension. Before the drop, its shares had rocketed up 480 per cent since August.

上述股價是該公司股票自2月3日以來的最低水平。關於這次停牌，該公司尚未公佈任何原因。在此輪暴跌之前，漢能薄膜股價自去年8月以來曾暴漲4.8倍。

HTF has come under scrutiny in recent months because of its soaring share price and the high level of sales it makes to its own parent company. (See the FT pieces here, here and here).

HTF has said it has reduced its exposure to its parent in recent months, by signing contracts with third parties in mainland China to supply them with solar panel manufacturing equipment.

漢能薄膜已表示，通過與中國內地第三方企業簽訂太陽能電池板製造設備的供貨合同，該公司已在最近幾個月降低了對其母公司的敞口。

In a short statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange on Wednesday morning, Hanergy said:“Trading in the shares (stock code: 00566) of Hanergy Thin Film Power Group Limited (the 'Company') has been halted at 10:40 a.m. today (20/5/2015). Accordingly, all structured products relating to the Company have also been halted from trading at the same time.”

週三早上，在提交給香港交易所(Hong Kong Stock Exchange)的短暫聲明中，漢能表示：“漢能薄膜發電集團有限公司（‘該公司’）的股份（證券代號：00566）已於今天（20/5/2015）上午十時四十分起短暫停止買賣。因此，與該公司有關的所有結構性產品亦已同時短暫停止買賣。”
