香港證監會 正在調查漢能薄膜
The Hong Kong financial regulator has clarified that it has launched a formal investigation into Hanergy Thin Film Power Group, the solar power company whose breakneck growth raised strong questions as it briefly made founder Li Hejun China's richest man.
香港證監會(SFC)首次確認了漢能薄膜集團（Hanergy Thin Film Power Group）在接受調查，就在數小時前，漢能薄膜董事長李河君還否認稱調查消息“純粹是謠言”。While it is extremely rare for the Securities and Futures Commission to comment on individual, ongoing cases, the regulator said in a very brief statement on its website:
此前這家太陽能公司的股價猛漲引起了強烈的質疑。股價暴漲使得該公司董事長李河君在很短時間內坐上了中國首富寶座。
The SFC wishes to clarify that a formal investigation into the affairs of Limited has been active and is continuing.

The statement comes within a day of Mr Li denying that there's been an official probe. On Wednesday, he called it "purely rumour" that HTF was under investigation, prompting the regulator to speak up. The SFC said:
“證監會澄清，已就漢能薄膜發電集團有限公司的事務進行調查，有關調查仍在繼續。”This statement is issued in accordance with the SFC's Disclosure Policy given the public interest following reports denying such measures have been taken.

For example, it had been racking up enviable revenues largely through sales between its listed subsidiary, HTF, and itself.
