口譯考試之聽力筆記簡寫符號彙總（一）
地名簡寫
高級口譯聽力部分要求考生準確拼寫出主要國家的名稱和首都。
如果要把每個國家的名稱完整的記錄下來．會很費時間。
因此，常用國名的記錄方法應常記心中，比如K=Korea, SD= Sweden, SW=Switzerland等等。
有時還可以藉助“|－”來表示東、西、南、北、中等方位。例如：the Republic of Korea(ROK，南朝鮮)，表示爲“－K”; 相應的the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea（DPRK，北朝鮮）, 就可以表示爲“K－”, Central London,表示爲LD。Western Europe（西歐）表示爲“|EU”，Eastern Germany (東德)表示爲“G|”。

縮略詞
英語當中縮略詞使用的頻率很高，如IMP: important, ASAP: as soon as possible。很顯然如果能熟練掌握縮略詞，會對考試大有裨益。
縮略詞的寫法一般爲四種方式：
（一）拿掉所有元音

（二）保留前幾個字母
