印尼男子懷疑妻子出軌 一怒之下竟砍掉妻子雙腳

An Indonesian man, suspecting his wife of cheating on him, chopped off her foot with a machete - right in front of their two young children.

印度尼西亞一名男子因懷疑妻子出軌，竟然在兩個年幼的孩子面前用砍刀砍斷了妻子的腳。

The harrowing incident happened in Badung, Indonesia, when the enraged man, Kadek Adi Waisaka Putra, threatened his wife, Putu Careen, with the weapon and accused her of having an affair.

這起痛心事件發生於印度尼西亞巴東。事發當時，卡迪克·阿迪·瓦薩卡·普特拉指責妻子普圖·卡琳有外遇，並拿武器威脅她。

Moments later, he started hacking at her legs, severing her left foot, reports World of Buzz.

據World of Buzz報道，片刻之後，他開始攻擊普圖的腿，並砍斷了她的左腳。

After the assault, he instantly regretted his actions and quickly drove her to a nearby clinic for treatment.

Due to the sheer brutality of the attack, the woman's left leg had to be amputated, while her right leg was almost broken off, almost tearing apart at the shin.

Kadek was arrested not long after bringing his wife to the clinic and could face 10 years' jail for the assault.

In light of the gruesome event, a GoFundMe campaign has been launched to raise money for Putu.

針對此次事件，GoFundMe網站發起了衆籌，爲普圖籌集資金。

The administrator of the page, Rohan Leonardo, said that he was extremely shocked after finding out what had happened to Putu, his friend, and housekeeper.

頁面管理員羅翰·萊昂納多表示，當得知自己的朋友兼女管家普圖的不幸後，他感到非常震驚。

Wrote Rohan: "Not only is this one of the most vile and vindictive acts of violence I've ever witnessed, the worst part is that in Indonesia, there is no welfare or government assistance for medical treatment of this kind. I struggle to see how anybody could do such a thing to such a lovely human being."

羅翰寫道:“這是我見過的最卑鄙、最具有報復性的暴力行爲之一，並且糟糕的是在印度尼西亞沒有任何福利或政府援助來醫治此類傷害。我很難想象，竟然有人能對如此可愛的人做出這樣殘酷的事。”

So far, the campaign has raised about US$34,725 of the US$100,000 (S$134,160) goal set.
