中國船長刺死韓國海警獲刑
The Chinese fishing captain who stabbed a South Korean coast guard to death and wounded another last December was sentenced to 30 years behind bars by a South Korean court this morning. Cheng Dawei was also fined 20 million Korean won (US$17,560) by Incheon District Court, People's Daily reported today.
據《人民日報》報道，去年12月刺死、刺傷韓國海警的中國漁船船長程大偉今天上午被韓國仁川地方法院判處30年有期徒刑，並處罰款2000萬韓元（17560美元）。
Cheng attacked coast guards after they stopped his boat "Luwenyu" for illegally fishing in crab-rich South Korean waters on December 12. The captain stabbed them with broken glass pieces. One officer was taken by helicopter to hospital but later died. Another was injured in the fight, the court said.
2011年12月12日，韓國海警以“非法捕撈”爲由將在盛產螃蟹的韓國水域作業的中國漁船“魯文漁”號攔停，船長程大偉隨即以玻璃碎片向他們發起攻擊，導致一名海警在衝突中受傷，另一名海警被直升機緊急送往醫院治療，但最終死亡。
Prosecutors suggested death sentence for Cheng as "he committed the murder after careful planning and didn't compensate the victim's family," the report said.
報道稱，韓國檢方認爲“程大偉殺人是有縝密計劃的，而且未向受害人遺屬作出任何補償”，應該被判處死刑。
