薩博被收購 將轉型生產電動汽車
Swedish carmaker Saab Automobilehas been bought by a Chinese-Japanese group and will be turned into a manufacturer of electric vehicles focused on the Asian markets.
瑞典汽車製造商薩博汽車(Saab Automobile)被一家中日合資企業收購，將轉型生產電動汽車，主打亞洲市場。The news comes follows speculation about buyers after the carmaker declared bankruptcy in December, two years after General Motorssold it to Dutch group Spyker in 2010.
2010年，通用汽車(General Motors)把薩博出售給荷蘭世爵汽車(Spyker)。兩年後，薩博於去年12月宣佈破產，人們紛紛猜測誰會出手收購。The buyer is National Electric Vehicle Sweden, owned by Hong Kong-based alternative energy group National Modern Energy and Japanese investment firm Sun Investment. The price was not disclosed.
買家是瑞典國家電動車公司(National Electric Vehicle Sweden)，其所有者爲總部設在香港的可替代能源集團國家現代能源控股公司(National Modern Energy Holdings)和日本投資公司Sun Investment。收購價尚未披露。
The group said Saab's first new car would be a modified electric version of the Saab 9-3. It will be ready in early 2014 and sales will initially be focused on the Chinese market.
該集團表示，薩博第一款新電動汽車將從薩博9-3改版而來。這款汽車將於2014年初推出，最初主打中國市場。Kai Johan Jiang, the main owner of National Modern Energy, said: "Chinese customers demand a premium electric vehicle, which we will be able to offer."
國家現代能源的主要所有人蔣大龍(Johan Kai Jiang)表示："中國客戶需要高級電動汽車，我們能夠提供。"Saab's administrators said: "From the outset, it has been our ambition to find a comprehensive solution by the summer, so we are very pleased today."
薩博管理層表示："從一開始，我們就有雄心在夏季之前找出全方位解決方案，今天我們很高興地找到了。"Saab recorded deliveries of 133,000 units in 2006 but sold just 31,700 vehicles in 2010.
