美味早餐:蘋果芒果 美味雙果鬆餅

You Will Need 原料

½ cup butter 二分之一杯黃油
1 large egg 一個大雞蛋
2 medium apples, peeled and chopped 兩個蘋果,削皮切碎
1 ½ cups frozen mango pieces, thawed 二分之一杯冰凍芒果,解凍
1 cup raisins 一杯葡萄乾
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce 一杯不加糖的蘋果汁
3 cups all-purpose flour 三杯麪粉
1 cup brown sugar, packed 一杯紅糖
1 tsp. baking soda 一茶匙蘇打
½ tsp. salt 一茶匙鹽

What to Do 步驟

1. Place the oven rack in the center position. Turn the oven on to 375°F. Melt the butter in the saucepan on medium. Set aside. 烤箱溫度調至華氏375度,加熱黃油。

2. Break the egg into 1 of the large bowls. Beat with the fork until the egg is bubbly on top. Add the next 4 ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Add the butter. Mix well. 打雞蛋,攪拌直到起泡,加入下面的四樣原料,攪拌,再加入黃油攪拌。

3. Put the remaining 4 ingredients into the other large bowl. Stir well. Dig a hole in the center of the flour mixture with the mixing spoon. Put the fruit mixture into the hole. Stir just until the flour mixture is moistened. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups. The cups will be full and the batter mounded. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the pick inserted straight down into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Turn the oven off. Remove the pan to the wire rack. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove the muffins to the wire rack to cool. 剩下的四樣原料放到另一個碗裏,攪拌。麪粉中搗一個洞,倒入水果混合物,攪拌至麪粉變潮溼,將麪糰放到小杯子裏,烤30-35分鐘,直到麪粉不再呈蓬鬆溼潤狀。
