Sweep someone off his/her feet 是一個idiom，意思是說一個人魅力非凡，讓人傾倒。
例句：Mary is madly in love with bill. He swept her off her feet.
還有一個和熱戀和腳有關的是：Fall head over heels 熱戀中的男女沉溺愛海，愛得死去活來，全然不顧其他
husband just pulled up.
我老公回家啦！
這是duchess 和nate在房間裏鬼魂的時候看到樓下duke從車裏出來的時候說的。Pull up是“停車”的意思。我們平時所說的“靠邊停”是“pull over”，通常都是讓別人pull over，有時候在敘述中，也可以說某人puller over。而pull in通常不會用在命令、祈使語句中。

我一週前才和他勾搭上的。
Hook up with someone是說和某人勾搭上並進而發生性關係
一夜情叫one night hook-up.

前幾周學了一個關於炒魷魚的俚語是give pink slip.

Pink slip can also be used as a verb.

have to ask you to check in your mobile. 這是一個很禮貌的說法。
7. There you go.
Dan給Serena的外婆戴好項鍊後，對老人家說的一句話。意思是：好了。
Blair把鞋遞給Catherine的時候說的一句話。意思是：拿着，給。
我們在很多場合多次There you go。它可以表示對對方說法的贊同，對對方行爲的鼓勵，或者對對方行爲的不耐煩。建議在平時的學習中多體會。

它的着裝要求很嚴格。
這裏的it就是劇中的white party。 Dress code就是着裝要求，着裝規定。公司裏說的行爲守則是code of conduct.
9. If you didn't stand me up in the airport in the first place.
你要是先前不把我讓我一個人在機場苦苦等候。。。
Stand someone up=放某人鴿子，類似的說法還有cool one’s heel. 如果說讓某人苦苦等待結果，還可以說Leave someone hanging
Airport前端介詞應該是at而不是in，不過用in 也不會影響理解。
In the first place是一個很好的詞組，意思是“一開始，起先，先前，當初” 。這裏是Blair埋怨chuck之前放她鴿子，所以她現在要找個男人報復他。In the first place很多時候都用在抱怨的語氣裏，有點早至如今，何必當初的感覺。
比如Why didn’t you tell me about it in the first place?
You shouldn’t have cheated on me in the first place.

當衆肆無忌當親熱，被逮個正着。
PDA在這裏，不是我們所說的個人掌上電腦，而是Public Display of Affection.
記得我當初還介紹過一個“No Display of Affection in Public” （不準在公共場合親熱）
Spoted 就是做什麼壞事被撞見了。

你說我們玩完了。
對於一份感情或者關係的結束還可以說We are so over. We are history. 或者I’m so over you. You are history.

所以我，我有些反應過激了。
Go overboard指的是由於太激動而說話做事過了頭。
