1. Expression：horse pill
Explanation：Any pill or tablet that is unusually or unreasonably large. （大藥丸）
Example：The doctor gave me these horse pills to combat the infection, but just looking at them makes my throat hurt!
醫生給了我抗感染的大藥丸，但光是看着它們就使我的喉嚨痛!
A: My little lamb, would you take in the pill? I know it is hard for you but it is good for your stomachache.

2. Expression：the icing on the cake
Explanation：An additional benefit or positive aspect to something that is already considered positive or beneficial. （錦上添花，好上加好）
Example：Having all of you here for my birthday has really been wonderful. This gift is icing on the cake.

Sarah really wanted that job so she said the signing bonus was really just icing on the cake.
