1. Expression：in one’s shell
Explanation：In a quiet or withdrawn state. （處於安靜或孤僻的狀態）
1. 比喻某個計劃，策略等還在醞釀中，尚未確定。2. 指有些人生性害羞，性格內向，不喜歡和人交談。
Usage：也可以說爲：into one’s shell，常和動詞go 搭配，即：go into one’s shell.
Example：After getting mugged, I went into my shell and didn't speak to anyone for nearly a week.
