[誤] I agree with him to the need for more schools.

[正] I agree with him about the need for more schools.

注：用agree 表示“同意某人（的意見）”時，後接介詞with：He agreed with me.（他同意我的意見。）若要表示“在某件事上同意某人的意見”時，要用agree with sb. on/about sth.的結構。所以誤句中的to 須改爲on 或
about。
